Indiana·Art. 1 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS·Ch. 23 Additional Provisions Pertaining to Financial
A person who recklessly violates a provision
of chapters 1 through 23 of this article for the violation of which a
penalty is not otherwise provided commits a Class B misdemeanor.
