Text

A person who recklessly violates a provision of chapters 1 through 23 of this article for the violation of which a penalty is not otherwise provided commits a Class B misdemeanor. Formerly: Acts 1933, c.40, s.357. As amended by Acts 1978, P.L.2, SEC.2814.
