§ 28-1-22-22 — Form; actions not affected

Indiana·Art. 1 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS·Ch. 22 Foreign Corporations

The statement of withdrawal of a foreign corporation shall be in the form prescribed by the department. The filing of the statement does not affect:

(1)any action by or against the corporation that is pending at the time of the filing; or
