§ 28-1-22-16 — Application for amended certificate of admission
A foreign corporation may obtain an
amended certificate if it files with the department an application for an
amended certificate of admission, setting forth the change in the nature
of the business it intends to carry on in this state. The application shall
be signed by the president or a vice president and by the secretary or
cashier of the corporation.
