§ 28-1-22-12 — Affidavit stating location of principal office and name of agent for service of process

Indiana·Art. 1 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS·Ch. 22 Foreign Corporations
A foreign corporation admitted to do business in this state shall keep on file with the secretary of state an affidavit setting forth the location of its principal office in this state, and the name of a person who serves as its agent or representative on whom legal process may be served.
