§ 28-1-2-30 — "Financial institution"; confidential information; disclosure prohibited

(a)As used in this section, "financial institution" means any bank, trust company, corporate fiduciary, savings association, credit union, savings bank, bank of discount and deposit, or industrial loan and investment company organized or reorganized under the laws of this state, and includes licensees and registrants under IC 24-4.4, IC 24-4.5, IC 24-7, IC 24-12, IC 28-1-29, IC 28-7-5, IC 28-8-4.1, IC 28-8-5, and 750 IAC 9.
(b)Except as otherwise provided, a member of the department or the director or deputy, assistant, or any other person having access to any such information may not disclose to any person, other than officially to the department, by the repor
