Text
The department may require every bank and
trust company to prepare, submit and publish as many statements of
condition as may be deemed necessary, in any year, but not more than
four (4) statements during any year. Such statements of condition shall
be verified and shall be prepared and submitted according to the forms
and pursuant to such notice and on such dates as the department may
designate.
