§ 28-1-12-7 — Violations

Indiana·Art. 1 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS·Ch. 12 Regulation of Bank and Trust Company Fiduciaries
A person who violates this chapter commits a Class B infraction. In addition, if the person is an officer of any bank or trust company, he is subject to removal from office in the manner prescribed in IC 28-11-4.
