§ 16-18-2-226 — "Mental health records"

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 18 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS·Ch. 2 Definitions
"Mental health records", for purposes of IC 16-39, means recorded or unrecorded information concerning the diagnosis, treatment, or prognosis of a patient receiving mental health services or developmental disability training. The term does not include alcohol and drug abuse records. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-4-8-1 part.]
