§ 16-18-2-226 — "Mental health records"
"Mental health records", for purposes of
IC 16-39, means recorded or unrecorded information concerning the
diagnosis, treatment, or prognosis of a patient receiving mental health
services or developmental disability training. The term does not include
alcohol and drug abuse records.
