§ 15-13-4-2 — Fairgrounds held in trust; disposal of fairground property
(a)The commission holds the fairgrounds in
trust for the state.
(b)The commission may not dispose of any part of the fairgrounds
except as authorized by a statute specifically providing for disposal of
that part of the fairgrounds.
