(a)The commission holds the fairgrounds in trust for the state.
(b)The commission may not dispose of any part of the fairgrounds except as authorized by a statute specifically providing for disposal of that part of the fairgrounds. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-1.5-6-2.]
