§ 15-10-1-1 — "Prior law"

Indiana·Art. 10 EFFECT OF RECODIFICATION OF TITLE 15·Ch. 1 Effect of Recodification by the Act of the 2008 Regular
As used in this chapter, "prior law" refers to the statutes concerning agriculture and animals that are repealed or amended in the recodification act of the 2008 regular session of the general assembly as the statutes existed before the effective date of the applicable or corresponding provision of the recodification act of the 2008 regular session of the general assembly. The term includes statutes that are recodified outside this title by the recodification act of the 2008 regular session of the general assembly, such as law related to veterinarians and destruction of animals.
