§ 13-30-7-5 — Public access to reports

Indiana·Art. 30 ENFORCEMENT AND LEGAL ACTIONS·Ch. 7 Minor Violations by Certain Businesses
(a)Before March 2 of each year, the department shall:
(1)file a report with the governor concerning any business required to correct a violation under section 1 of this chapter during the preceding year; and
(2)make the report available for public inspection.
(b)The report must include a summary of:
(1)violations;
(2)corrections for violations; and
(3)penalties; imposed for each business. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-5-3.3(j).]
