Text

(a)Before March 2 of each year, the department shall:
(1)file a report with the governor concerning any business required to correct a violation under section 1 of this chapter during the preceding year; and
(2)make the report available for public inspection.
(b)The report must include a summary of:
(1)violations;
(2)corrections for violations; and
