§ 13-11-2-100 — "Hazardous waste facility"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Hazardous waste facility", for purposes
of environmental management laws, means a plant or site where
hazardous waste is subjected to treatment, storage, or disposal.
