§ 13-11-2-10 — "Asbestos"
Indiana·Art. 11 DEFINITIONS
"Asbestos", for purposes of IC 13-17-6, means an asbestiform variety of the following:
(1)Chrysotile (serpentine).
(2)Crocidolite (riebeckite).
(3)Amosite (cummingtonite-grunerite).
(4)Anthophyllite.
(5)Tremolite.
(6)Actinolite.
