Text

If:

(1)a violation under section 1 of this chapter cannot be corrected; or
(2)substantial steps to correct the violation cannot be taken; within ninety (90) days, the department may extend the correction period for one (1) additional ninety (90) day period. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-5-3.3(h).]
