Text

(a)Except as otherwise provided in:
(1)a notice issued under section 4 of this chapter; or
(2)a law relating to emergency orders; an order of the commissioner under this chapter takes effect twenty
(20)days after the alleged violator receives the notice, unless the alleged violator requests under subsection (b) a review of the order before the twentieth day after receiving the notice.
(b)To request a review of the order, the alleged violator must:
(1)file a written request with the office of administrative law proceedings under IC 4-15-10.5; and
(2)serve a copy of the request on the commissioner.
(c)If a review of an order is requested under this section, the office of administrative law proceedings established under IC 4-15-10.5 shall review the order under IC 4-21.5. [Pre-1996 Re
