§ 13-30-10-7 — Unlawful dumping of contaminants or solid waste

Indiana·Art. 30 ENFORCEMENT AND LEGAL ACTIONS·Ch. 10 Crimes

A person who knowingly, intentionally, or recklessly:

(1)deposits or causes or allows the deposit of thirty (30) square feet or more of contaminants or solid waste upon land owned or controlled by another person, except through the use of sanitary landfills, incineration, composting, garbage grinding, or another method acceptable to the board; or
(2)on two (2) or more separate occasions deposits or causes or allows the deposit of any amount of contaminants or solid waste upon land owned or controlled by another person, except through the use of sanitary landfills, incineration, composting, garbage grinding, or another method acceptable to the board; commits a Class C misdemeanor.
