Indiana·Art. 30 ENFORCEMENT AND LEGAL ACTIONS·Ch. 1 Standing to Sue for Declaratory and Equitable Relief in
An action under this chapter must be brought
in a circuit or superior court in the county in which the significant
pollution, impairment, or destruction is alleged to have occurred.
