§ 13-29-2-7 — Effect of grant of powers

Indiana·Art. 29 INTERSTATE COMPACTS·Ch. 2 Ohio River Valley Water Sanitation Compact

Any powers granted to the commission by this chapter shall be construed as in aid of and supplemental to and not as a limitation upon any of the powers vested in the commission by any of the following:

(1)Other laws of the state.

(2)The laws of any of the other states in the compact other than Indiana.

(3)The United States Congress.
