§ 13-28-2-1 — Establishment; purposes
The voluntary compliance fund is established for the purpose of providing money for the following:
(1)Starting, operating, and staffing the office of voluntary
compliance established by IC 13-28-1-1.
(2)Costs of voluntary compliance programs established under
this article.
