§ 13-26-4-1 — Members
The board of trustees of a district is the governing body of the district. A board may consist of:
(1)three (3);
(2)five (5);
(3)seven (7);
(4)nine (9);
(5)eleven (11); or
(6)thirteen (13);
trustees.
