Indiana Statutes
§ 13-26-11-11 — Public hearing
The initial rates or charges may be established only after a public hearing at which all:
(1)the users of the works and owners of property served or to be
served; and
(2)others interested;
have an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed rates or
charges.
