Text
Any area may be established as a regional water, sewage, or solid waste district under this article for one (1) or more of the following purposes:
(1)To provide a water supply for domestic, industrial, and public
use to users inside and outside the district.
(2)To provide for the collection, treatment, and disposal of
sewage inside and outside the district.
(3)To provide for the collection, treatment, and disposal of solid
waste and refuse inside and outside the district.
