§ 13-25-4-7 — Rules
The board shall adopt rules establishing criteria
for determining the commissioner's priorities in selecting hazardous
substance response sites. Until these rules have been adopted, the
commissioner shall give priority to those sites presenting a significant
threat to public health and environment.
