§ 13-25-4-27 — Action or claims; effect of chapter; immunity for liability for claims or contributions

Indiana·Art. 25 HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES·Ch. 4 Hazardous Substances Response Trust Fund

(a)This chapter does not affect an action or a claim, including a claim for contribution, that a person who implements or completes an approved response action has or may have against a third party.

(b)A person who implements or completes an approved response action under this chapter may not be held liable for claims or contribution concerning matters addressed in the response action. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-8.7-15.]
