§ 13-25-4-11 — Lien; amount
After a response is initiated under:
(1)section 9 of this chapter; or
(2)IC 13-24-1;
the state may impose a lien on the property on which the response is
undertaken. The lien may secure the payment to the state of an amount
of money equal to the amount expended from the fund under section
1(a)(3) of this chapter to finance the response.
