Text

A person required under section 5(d)(2), 5(d)(3), 8, 9, 10, or 11 of this chapter to submit information to any other person may withhold from the information the specific chemical identity, including the chemical name and other specific identification as provided in 42 U.S.C. 11042 and regulations adopted by the administrator under 42 U.S.C. 11042.
