Upon the request of the fire department that has jurisdiction over a facility that files an inventory form under section 9 of this chapter, the owner or operator of the facility shall:

(1)allow the fire department to conduct an onsite inspection of the facility; and
(2)provide to the fire department specific location information on hazardous chemicals at the facility. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-37-16(m).]
