§ 13-25-2-11 — Fire department; access for onsite inspection; notice of location information
Upon the request of the fire department that has jurisdiction over a facility that files an inventory form under section 9 of this chapter, the owner or operator of the facility shall:
(1)allow the fire department to conduct an onsite inspection of
the facility; and
(2)provide to the fire department specific location information on
hazardous chemicals at the facility.
