§ 13-25-2-1 — Applicability of chapter
Except as provided in sections 6 and 7 of this chapter, this chapter does not apply to:
(1)the transportation; or
(2)storage incident to transportation;
of any substance or chemical subject to this chapter, including the
transportation and distribution of natural gas.
