Indiana Statutes
§ 13-25-1-5 — Meetings; quorum
(a)The commission shall meet as follows:
(1)At least one (1) time every three (3) months.
(2)At the call of the chairman.
(b)A majority of the members constitutes a quorum for the
authority to conduct business.
