Text
In:
(1)issuing orders requiring corrective action under section 1 of
this chapter; or
(2)undertaking corrective action under section 2 of this chapter;
the commissioner shall give priority to releases of regulated substances
from underground storage tanks or aboveground storage tanks that pose
the greatest threat to human health and the environment.
