Text

(a)The board must have a quorum to transact business. Five (5) members constitute a quorum.
(b)An affirmative vote of the majority of members present is required for the board to take action.
(c)The board shall meet upon:
(1)the request of the chairperson; or
(2)the written request of three (3) of the board's members.
(d)A meeting must be held not later than fourteen (14) days after a request is made. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-20-35(g).]
