§ 13-22-8-1 — Rules

Indiana·Art. 22 HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT·Ch. 8 Financial Responsibility Standards

(a)The board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 and IC 13-14-9 on standards of financial responsibility for the following:

(1)Closure.

(2)Postclosure monitoring at hazardous waste facilities.

(3)Any required corrective action at those facilities.

(b)The rules adopted under this section must reflect the provisions for financial responsibility prescribed by section 2 of this chapter. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-8.5-5(c).]
