§ 13-22-6-1 — Report to county board of health
(a)An owner or operator of a hazardous waste
disposal facility must submit each month, to the county board of health
of the county in which the facility is located, a report that lists the
hazardous wastes disposed of in that facility during the previous month.
(b)The disposal facility may satisfy the requirements of this section
by submitting:
(1)photocopies of the facility daily log; or
(2)a copy of any other report listing the hazardous wastes
disposed of in the facility.
