Text
Annual operation fees established under this chapter apply to facilities that:
(1)have received a permit from the department; or
(2)are operating under interim status or otherwise manage
hazardous waste subject to regulation under the following:
(A)IC 13-22-2 through IC 13-22-8.
(B)IC 13-22-13 through IC 13-22-14.
