§ 13-22-12-13 — Payment and deposit of fees and delinquency charges
Except for the hazardous waste disposal fee collected under section 3.5 of this chapter, the fees and delinquency charges collected under this chapter:
(1)are payable to the department; and
(2)shall be deposited in the environmental management permit
operation fund established by IC 13-15-11-1.
