§ 13-22-1-1 — Disposal at production or generation site
IC 13-22-2 through IC 13-22-8 and IC 13-22-13 through IC 13-22-14 may not be construed to prohibit
disposal of solid waste or hazardous wastes at the site of production or
generation if construction and operation permits have been obtained in
accordance with IC 13-22-3.
