Indiana·Art. 21 SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT DISTRICTS·Ch. 9 Financing: Waste Management Development Bonds
The user or developer is responsible for
obtaining and maintaining all approvals and permits required for the
construction of the facilities under this chapter.
