Text

An action to contest:

(1)the validity of a contract awarded; or
(2)the procedure by which the contract was awarded; must be brought within thirty (30) days following the final contract award. After that date, the contract is incontestable for any cause. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-9.5-8-5.]
