Text
(a)An advisory committee established under
IC 13-21-3-11 must conduct at least one (1) regularly scheduled public
meeting each month before reporting to the board on any matter.
(b)After a board adopts a district plan, the advisory committee
appointed by the board shall meet as follows:
(1)At least four (4) times each year.
(2)At the request of the board.
(c)Public comments shall be taken at each advisory committee
meeting.
