§ 13-21-5-4 — Public meetings; format of plan

Indiana·Art. 21 SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT DISTRICTS·Ch. 5 District Solid Waste Management Plan

(a)The department shall furnish a model format to be used in the preparation of district plans under this chapter.

(b)A district plan adopted before January 1, 1991, may use a format different from the format furnished under subsection (a), but the commissioner may request that such a plan be revised to conform to the model format furnished under subsection (a).
