Text

(a)After considering public comment received during all public meetings held under section 2 of this chapter, the board shall hold a public hearing on the proposed plan before adopting a district plan in final form.
(b)The board shall make the proposed plan available to the public at least thirty (30) days before the date the public hearing is held.
(c)The board shall give public notice of the hearing held under this section. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-9.5-4-2(b).]
