§ 13-21-3-4 — Board of directors; appointment
Indiana·Art. 21 SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT DISTRICTS
After a county has been designated as a county
district or has joined with at least one (1) other county in a joint
district, a board of directors shall be appointed.
