§ 13-21-3-2 — Territory included in designated district
Indiana·Art. 21 SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT DISTRICTS
All of the incorporated and unincorporated
territory of a county must be included in the designated county solid
waste management district or the joint solid waste management district
to which the county belongs.
