§ 13-21-3-18 — Grants and loans from counties and municipalities
Indiana·Art. 21 SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT DISTRICTS
The executive of a county or municipality located in a district may, with the approval of the fiscal body of the county or municipality:
(1)grant or loan public money to the district; and
(2)establish procedures:
(A)for awarding grants; and
(B)for the repayment of loans.
