Text
(a)The collection of the fees authorized by
this chapter may be effectuated through a periodic billing system.
(b)After June 30, 2019, a unit may not enact an ordinance requiring
a solid waste hauler or a person who operates a vehicle in which
recyclable material is transported for recycling to collect fees
authorized by this chapter and remit the fees to the board of a district
or to the unit.
