§ 13-21-12-9 — Facility and sale of byproducts exempt from regulation under IC 8-1-2 and IC 8-1.5

The following are exempt from regulation under IC 8-1-2 and IC 8-1.5:
(1)A facility owned, operated, or financed under this article.
(2)The sale of byproducts from the facility.
