Text
(a)A manufacturer shall conduct and
document due diligence assessments of collectors and recyclers with
which the manufacturer contracts to allow the manufacturer to comply
with this chapter.
(b)A manufacturer shall maintain for three (3) years documentation
showing that all covered electronic devices recycled, partially recycled,
or sent to downstream recycling operations by the manufacturer are
recycled in compliance with this article.
