A manufacturer shall in each of the manufacturer's program years recycle or arrange for the collection and recycling from covered entities of an amount of covered electronic devices equal to at least sixty percent (60%) of the total weight of the manufacturer's video display devices sold to households as reported in the manufacturer's registration for the program year under IC 13-20.5-1-1(c)(4).
