Text
After 2010, a covered entity may not knowingly do any of the following:
(1)Mix or allow the mixing of a covered electronic device or any
other computer, computer monitor, printer, or television with
municipal waste that is intended for disposal at a landfill.
(2)Mix or allow the mixing of a covered electronic device or any
other computer, computer monitor, printer, or television with any
waste that is intended for disposal by burning or incineration.
