Text
(a)A person may not recycle covered
electronic devices generated by covered entities unless the person:
(1)has submitted to the department a completed registration form
as required by 329 IAC 16-5-1; and
(2)otherwise complies with 329 IAC 16.
(b)A registered recycler may conduct recycling activities that are
consistent with this article.
(c)A registration submitted under this section:
(1)is effective upon receipt by the department; and
(2)must be submitted for a program year not later than March 1
of the program year.
